Burnt Biscuits

I purchased the, All Butter Shortbread 500g for R89.99. I normally love these biscuits and buy them all the time but this time half the biscuits were burnt. It was very shocking to experience this at Woolworths. I am just unhappy because these biscuits are very expensive and I dont appreciate it being burnt
