Burned potato sticks

I bought 3 packets of hand cooked stics. In the caramelized onion and mature cheddar flavored potato sticks pack there were burned potato sticks in there I had to throw away the whole packed due to the burning taste on the potato sticks. I am very dissatisfied. Barcode number ***
