<p>How is it that when an order is placed from Sydney to be delivered in randburg , you phone the recipient because you don't have the item that was ordered , who doesn't even know the value of the goods, I then phone head office and get out through to customer services , they aren't even open and I then get the engaged signal. I then phone the idiot at the call center who says she needs the order no ,where must I get that out of the sky or manna from heaven, so as per usual my wife's mother day has been blown up by the absolute ***********s of Woolworths and it's untrained staff . well done Mr CEO of this useless company for your disgusting service</p>
