Bullying

Hi I'm a regular customer at your cape town international store, on a few occasions I've noticed that a manager I'll treats the staff and by what I've seen they seem fearful of this woman, last week I asked for the store manager and was told he was on leave, I further enquired about her name and was told it's Claudia, she treats the staff with disdain and has no respect for the staff it's sheer bullying and has negative impact on the mental health of your staff. If this is what woolworths allows in leadership then please I will no longer support your store it's really painful to see that they have to deal with a bully!
