Bulism and Poor service delivery

I was buying some items for my children, when I get to the pay point, one item was supposed to be a two piece but the second piece wasn't there. It was only one piece the shorts. The cashier said they can't sell it to me. I said I would like to buy it. Then she called another lady, I assume her supervisor who said I must go look for the second item. They don't look for items on sale. I asked what exactly am I going to look for, she said just check there on the price tag maybe you'll see what's the second item. I asked another lady on the floor to assist, she said I must find someone who deals with baby clothes!

So i looked around like a heedless chicken until I spotted a very friendly gentleman and I asked him to assist in checking what item goes with those shorts, he was so kind he found someone to assist me and check on the system, the same lady I had asked just before I saw the gentleman where can I check for the second item and she said she doesn't know, I must find someone who deals with baby clothes!!!

Just after we finished checking on the system, the supervisor comes and says I'm holding the line, I need to decide if I'm coming to pay or I'm carrying on looking!! And she was standing there staring at me. I was appalled by the behavior.

Their behavior was so rude and unacceptable!
