Buffs in sugar

Good day

I am extremely disappointed in woolworths products. I bough sugar and when unpacking my bags there were small bugs crawling all over the sugar I have logged a complaint but no feedback. For a reputable company like woolworths I am extremely disappointed and disgusted. I hope I do get feedback
