Buckle mules

I bought my mom a pair of buckle mules the 27th December and already the shoes are broken. The glue is completely detached from the soles of the shoe and it's good as new. This is the second time I'm experiencing this with the same product and also the second time it's a gift to someone which is so embarrassing. Woolworths please do better and provide your customers with the quality we pay for. I do not have any receipt because it was a gift but I'll attach my bank statement and I'm sure you guys can track my wrewards card for record. Please learn to be the difference!
