BT Ngebs Terrible Staff

Wollworths BT Ngebs, has the worst service I've ever experienced. Ou have 5 pay points in the clothing department which never have staff manning the posts. All customers are expected to pay at Customer Services desk where we have other customers doing exchanges and returns. And where there are about 4/5 till points there are only 2 cashiers manning this area. The clothing division has so so many staff members standing around not interested to assist the customers. Management needs to do something about the pathetic service we experiencing.
