Bruised bananas

I bought two pack of bananas and they were badly bruised so I called the customer service they took my details and told me they will get back to me so they did and told me I will receive a gift card with the refund 3weeks I still waited and nothing so I went to the store and again spoke to someone one the phone and they told me by the end of the week i will get my refund.. Its now been 3months and still waiting!!!!! I'm a loyal customer and for woolworths to do this is very disappointing!
