Brown School shoes

I'm writing this email with a heavy heart, I bought the school brown shoes at Sandton Woolworths, believe you me, when it comes to quality Woolworths it's the best. But this time I am very disappointed, its not yet 6 months however they look like 10 years old. The quality of this shoes is VERY VERY BAD something need to be done. I feel like I've bought plastic shoe from Woolies....
