BROOKS AND LUYT ATTORNEYS REFUSING ME PAID UP LETTER

@woolworths I humbly ask fore your assistance in regards to Brooks and Luys attorneys. I had an account with woolworths that deflated in payment. It was then handed over to brooks and luys attorneys. I have since paid the account in full. However they refuse to provide me with a paid up letter.

Can you please assist. I am in the middle of financing a home. If I do not get it by Friday the offer will lapse.
