Broken trolleys, really terrible condition

I would like to make it aware that the condition of the woolworths trolleys at the trade route mall in Lenasia are in a horrible state. It has been that way for the past couple of months. I have complained to the manager of the store and still nothing has been done. My child cannot sit in the trolley nor can we pack any groceries as the trolleys are literally falling apart. Most of the trolleys are not in a good condition. They can't move properly and are cracked and broken. How are we supposed to shop at the store with theses broken trolleys. In addition to this my kids could even get hurt/cut because of the state of the trolleys. Honestly it pathetic the way the Lenasia branch is being managed. I don't see this at other woolworths stores. Disappointing
