Broken fitting room doors and locks

I was at the woolworths store at Eastgate mall on Friday 29 Sept 23, while there went to fit on 2 dresses and got locked in the fitting room for close to 30 min. The lock was broken, the lady assisting at the fitting room took her time to sent for help and did not seemed bothered. After 25 min George came to assist & broke the lock. It was hot, uncomfortable, embarrassing with 30 min of my time waisted. Its unacceptable, unsafe and unhealthy.
