Brilliant Service at Woolworths Kyalami

I would just like to take a moment to acknowledge a very kind young man working at Woolworths Kyalami named Samuel. I do visit that particular store quiet often but on this particular day I was with my 2 year old daughter. We had just received news about the Corona Virus and the arrangements to follow so I needed to go and get quiet a bit of stuff. It started to rain as well while we were in the store. Whilst shopping, my very tired and heavy, little one fell asleep so I had to carry her. Samuel spotted me, followed me to the cashier, who was also super sweet and helpful, and he proceeded to unpack my trolley for me, while i carried my sleeping toddler. He proceeded to push my trolley to my car and pack it for me which I am sure isn't in his job description but he did anyway.. I tried on insisting in repaying him for his bit but he refused and simply stated that it was his pleasure and his job to do. I am truly grateful for the angels that we sometimes encounter when we least expect them to appear. Thank so much Samuel and Woolworths Kyalami. We love shopping there and hope the staff are acknowledged for going the extra mile for customers.
