Brilliant Service

I came into your branch to do a gift return and was given various obsticles, like long queues, ineffecient service by team leaders at the customer service section. Then the staff called a Manager per my request. Denia the Beauty Manager- She had to inform me again of the idiotic policies Woolworths has that is not customer centris- forcing clients to take another if you dont want anything at the moment, because Woolworths doesnt want to issue a gift card or credit note to utilise at a later stage!!! I do want to say Denia service was excellent, she kept calm and adhere to policies and procedures- sHE IS A REAL ASSIST TO THE ORGANISATION !!! I do apologise for my abrupt attitude and keep up the excellent work!!!
