BREAD MOULDY BEFORE BB DATE

Recently I completed a survey based on my last shopping experience. When I reached the last question, I gave in detail my experience around purchasing bread over the past few months and the fact that it all went mouldy before the best before date. I've recently purchased bread at another retail store (same brand - Honey and Oats) and I did not have the same experience. Is it because WW stores bread in the fridge?
