Branch manager sunninghill Woolies

Had a great service yesterday from manager of Sunninghill branch (Santra?). We were in line and my son said he wanted the roasted chicken, which I said sure but stand in line and wait while I go pick one. The lady manager at the branch watched over my son and told him to wait on the side, and when I got the chicken she just brought us to the till as the queue was long: :)

As a bonus, she also ask a pregnant lady behind us to go after us, what a wonderful gesture.

I shop there weekly and will continue to do so.
