Bra discomfort

I would like to lay a complain regarding a bra I bought from you on the 24th July 2019.

I buy all my underwears from you guys and from all the years that I have dealt with you I have never experienced a discomfort from a bra. I get severe pains around the bra wire. I am so disappointed, how can this be fixed?
