Bogus free parking at Woolies Eastgate

Have been experiencing issues with the 2 hour free parking at your Eastgate branch for sometime now. The barcode on your receipt does not scan at the pay points anymore so, the parking ticket must be validated. Your machine was not working on Monday so we had to pay for the parking ourself. One of the reasons I come to Woolies Eastgate is the 2 hour free parking. Otherwise I can just as well go to Bedford Centre.
