Hats off to Lynn & from Bluff Towers store in Durban! I was charged twice for the same item & only realised it when I got home. Called Lynn at their store & without question she asked me to bring my cash slip in for a refund on the overcharge SHOPPING AT WOOLWORTHS IS ALWAYS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE - THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MOSTLY ABOVE PAR & CANT BE COMPARED TO OTHER RETAILERS
