Blocked card

Good Day I have a store card with you with a credit limit of 12000, funny thing is when I now want to purchase woolworths is telling my card is blocked I never requested my card to be blocked..

I walk in to Woolworth Hans Stydom park to get my mom her birthday cake and other staff..,now I get to the till I produce my card, teller is telling me I need to pay 403, which I don't remember owing woolworths, manager comes tells me the same stupid story, I had to read the receipt for them for to understand that I owe nothing.

Manager tries to assist me by calling customer care they telling I blocked my card on the 15th of this month.. I'm suppose to receive my credit card this week waiting for an sms to be sent.. I never blocked any card the manager in that store was really not helpful I'm a customer if u say my card is blocked and as a customer I'm not aware of that, whats plan B, he couldn't assist me he told me I must wait for a new card which new card, he says he doesn't know, when will they deliver he also doesn't know..

I've heard people speak highly of woolworths, never again In my whole life, would recommendations this store to any one.. I will be paying off my account and close this account.
