Blocked card

My store card has been blocked for security purposes and I simply don't know why

I called thrice with no solution, kept being transfered to the only department and there was simply no answer my airtime ran up twice

The 2nd agent I spoke to made no effort to try and assist all she told me that everything is fine on her end and transferred me

Not good service at all
