BLOCK ON CREDIT CARD

MORE THAN A MONTH AGO I APPLY FOR A WOOLWORHTS credit card, which a got. after almost a month that I used the card, I receive an sms saying that I must go to my nearest woolworhs branch because my fica is not in order for this account. To weeks ago I went to WW Tygervalley and gave them a new proof of address. Jacques helped me and faxed the new proof of address to the head office. they said everything is fine now. a week later I went to withdraw money with my card and I could not. there was a message saying my account is blocked due to fica error. I immediately phone WW creditcard department and I told them that Tygervalley branch e-mail my new proof of address to them a week ago already so why is the block not taken of yet. I spoke to Shahier and he said they only updated my account the Thursday with my new fica, so it took them almost 4 days to update my account after they have received my new fica on the Monday by fax from Tygervalley branch. That is ridiculous to say the least. Two weeks later I am still struggling with them to take the hold of my account. I have no access to any money, cannot buy food or petrol for my car. WW admitted that it was their fault.
