Blake associates

<p>I'd like to launch a complaint about Woolworth collection department(Blake Associates) , I've been paying my account through them for the past three years, what ****es me off is that the balance doesn't decrease despite me making payments every month , when I call them they claim my payment doesn't reflect on the system and despite me faxing proof of payment it still the same, my account is not professionally handled because they all send me from pillar to post, I'm frustrated by them because it hampers my credit clearance. Some body please help </p>
