Black management fails its own people always

I hate the Service level i always recieve from woolworths Maponya mall, all consultants are ***********, when i use my store card @ maponya mall, there is one problem or another, to a point i end up buying with cash yet i have a store card.

im ****ed @ how they operate, anytime i pay the account , there is never a problem buy when i wanna buy its an issue.
