Black Credit Card Application Process a huge frustration

Good Day, I am trying to apply for a Black Credit Card from beginning of December 2018, please see all my calls made to Woolworths, I had a Credit Card that was closed in July 2018 and they do not remove it form both the systems, I can still see it on my online Profile, No-one can understand that, That is why my applications keeps on Failing for a new Card , this is such a Frustration, I really am disappointed. I am n VIP Level Customer and cant seem to get this credit Card again, because of there system issues.
