Bitter taste from Woolworths

I had a bitter experience from Woolworths online. I ordered plates which was sent back after i requested that I can only pick up later. Eventually Woolworths dropped it off only for one plate to be broken.I asked repeatedly for the one plate to be replaced. Woolworths asked me to send photos which I have everyday. But no such luck. I am not used to Woolworths giving this type service in the past but i am not happy as i am a frequent buyer and expect more
