bitter sweet moments

Went to Woolies Wondertpark to make a layby for my kids!! there was cashier whern I got to the till I wanted to use my card. she turned me away and said since my card is cheque account I cant swipe and she was so cold. I waited in a long queue and there was this two ladies who were on the floor came running after me and asked me if I was assisted and I sais no they apologised and told me that they will kept the trolley for me while I go withdraw and I shud not queue.

I feel this cashier was so unfair on me and lacke sympathy as I was with a nagging toddler and A NEW BORN baby, but to those two ladies I appreciate u so much!!
