Bitter managers

I've been dismissed at Woolworths vryburg. So now Veronica and Shadi told the other staff members to treat me like any other customer,they don't want them to have just a friendly conversation with me. I am currently not comfortable buying at Woolworths vryburg because everytime when I get there some of them are hiding. They're afraid of their managers because after seeing them talking to me they will be called to the office to reprimand them. I've reported the matter to the head office but until today I haven't got a response.
