Bitter cake

I have been a proud Woolworths customer since the day I received my first pay cheque, and after so many years, I am accustomed to a high quality of food. I have been buying the black forest cake every year for my birthday, but this Time, it was a disaster to say the least. This was no forest cake as it says on the price tag, but an overly bitter, coco infused cake. It is too bitter to be enjoyed. This Is the most expensive cake on the shelf, so one expects quality that justifies the price. I would like to believe this was a bad batch of cake, and not a norm.
