Bit thank you to Woolworths

I recently went to Woolworths with a pair of shoes that I had bought and worn several times. I loved the shoes but unfortunately after a few wears they started to give me blisters on the sides of my feet. I went to the Customer Service desk at Woolies with no clear expectation. With no hesitation a very pleasant Customer Service Consultant from Woolies said they would take the shoes back and give me a full refund.

This is by no means my only such experience at Woolworths. Their customer service promise is clear - they put the customer first, always. And they live up to it.
