Billing me twice and only one delivery. Woolworths

I placed an order with woolies dash on Saturday for where I work at a shopping centre. The order was abandoned by the driver as he did not know to ask anyone where my shop was.

I called woolies dash. They explained that I would have to reorder my items as my order was cancelled and I would be refunded.

I placed the order again and paying R500 for a second time in a row.

Today the 25th Woolworths has billed me twice.
