Big complaint about Lucrecia Abigail Leandre and Mellisa who all work at Woolworths Tokai Mall

Woolworths is officially the most horrid retail company for hiring *********** unprofessional disorganized violent and gangster like employees I am utterly disgusted and disappointed at the type of service I received at Woolworths Tokai Mall I have never in my life experienced people being so blatantly disrespectful and rude to a very loyal customer or actually anyone for that matter, I went there to exchange an item and I was advised by Customer Services manager Mellisa that they were not going to help me at all, The item was in perfect condition it's just that I didn't have the receipt anymore so I wanted to exchange it for something else of the same price I was treated like ******* literally, Lucrecia, Abigail and Leandre threw the clothing I was carrying to the side and told me to move away because they wanted to help customer's so It almost like I was wasting their time, It was a very unpleasant situation for me because I've literally been shopping at Woolworths my whole life and I've never ever had someone be rude and violent with me the way these 4 people were I will never set foot at Woolworths again never in my life because it is very evident that this retail store is just hiring every jack Jill and Harry people with no passion for customer violent hooligans that know no respect, people who behave like animals in a store as successful as woolworths I really never thought I'd see the day where I'd be so disrespected in a store, Tokai mall woolworths lacks people s****s the one thing you have to carry when even applying for that position, I hope they realize that with that attitude and animal behavior they will always be serving us. I opened 2 complaints at Woolworths customer service center Spoke to Mason and Bongiwe They told me I'd get a call from the store still nothing I'm taking this all the way further that's how disgusted I am, how you could woolworths Tokai Mall even hire people who can't deal with other people because that is their everyday jobs. I'm not happy about this whole thing I won't rest until I feel like this has been dealt with in way that's going to be fair for m e. The staff cannot be around people they are animals they really belong in the zoo.
