BEYOND LIVID

Your call center agents are so incompetence. they don't leave notes very rude especially the one i spoke to this morning which i believe is the same person that i spoke to last week and went mia on the call never left any notes i ended up dropping and calling back again. She couldn't give me clear feedback as to where is my order since on the website it shows it had been delivered whereas i waited until 17:30 on Friday and nothing came through AM LIVID WITH THIS SERVFICE AND WOOLWRTHS AS A WHOLE AT THIS POINT!!!!
