Beware of home delivery of fresh flowers

Last Thursday so called fresh flowers were delivered to us from my daughter in Australia, needless to say they were stone dead within 36 hrs even in this weather they should have lasted longer, I emailed customer care and they rep**** saying the relevant dept would respond , we got no response after that so I emailed them again and got an w mail back asking what store we bought the flowers plus asked for price and barcode. Then I phoned because they obviously don't read their emails I then phoned and blew a fuse and got promised something would be done . I got another email 4 days later asking for photos of the flowers which idiot keeps dead flowers. Disgusting attitude and service offered by them
