best Shop? What a Joke !

I shopped there regularly, I have to realize, that the shopping hours are false advertising. In May I entered 3 times now after 18:00 and the bakery was sold out. Although the shop is open until 21:00, they make NO effort so supply new bread. The people standing around and waiting until 21:00. TODAY, Sa****ay, I was there after 13:00 - opening again till 21:00. AGAIN the shop is fill on kind Baguette (with seeds, so you can't eat it without tooth-brush.) The third person behind the counter told me in a very ******** and unpolite way, that they have no stock. After I complained 3 times and the manager was always easy to apologize, I wonder, if they are too tired or too fat-eaten to supply a proper service ? Woolworths is by far the most expensive retailer in SA , but the stuff people apparently to ******** or to stupid to manage to stock of goods according to the demand. Then close the shops at 18.00 - Tinned food is also available in other shops and 50 % cheaper as well !
