Best quality!! A Joke

So I placed and online order for chocolates and roses for my valentine everything cost a R174 and when it got delivered my girlfriend got butter instead of roses and a dark chocolate cutie pie instead of a milk chocolate her sausage dog chocolate key rings were not delivered in the package... I then called customer service they put me through to the correct department the lady that helped me was very friendly and tried her best to help me she phoned the store and said my products would then be delivered between 14:00-17:00 that same afternoon.... and guess what it never got delivered! When my girlfriend showed me the invoice she got upon delivery it only had the two chocolates and BUTTER on the list but on the invoice I got after my purchase the roses and chocolates were on there I don’t understand how they could’ve made such a mistake. I then emailed them to find out what was going on after they wasted my airtime keeping me on the line for hours on end so I had to email them I still have not received anything. This is very poor service from a store I expected the best quality from and who prides themselves in providing good service and products I have not received the good service only poor service. Very very disappointed in this store
