Wonderful and great service always from Khethiwe. I enjoy shopping at Woolworths Westgate because of Khethiwe, I am always looking forward to her kindness and great customer service. In this era where customer service is a thing a past and food is becoming more and more expensive, Khethiwe’s kindness and great customer handling situations gives one comfort in spending couple of hundreds in one shop. We have seen a spike in the price of Woolworths food but due to service and kindness I receive from Khethiwe and the rest of the Westgate Woolworths staff I am a loyal customer.
