Best employee i have encounted, good with people

I had a complaint which I needed to be sorted out asap regarding the food I had purchased from woollies caf? in dainfern square. I had purchased a salad from the woollies caf? in dainfern only to realise that the butternut and beetroot in the salad was off. Enraged I went back to woollies caf? and asked for a manager. Felistas was the supervisor on duty when I got there and she was able to empathise with me and managed to calm me down. <br> <br> She not only provided immediate assistance but she followed up on me to ensure that I was not ill. She is a wonderful and helpful lady who is always smiling and goes the extra mile. she offered me complimentary meals at the woollies caf? on behalf of management. I was at the caf? on Sunday having lunch and yet again Felistas gave me outstanding service. I appreciate her efforts and if it wasn't for her I would have lodged a complaint instead of a compliment against woollies caf? dainfern square.
