Best Customer Service from Riaan Bayside Mall

Today i received an outstanding customer service from a gentleman by the name of Riaan from Woolworths Bayside Mall. I went to Woolworths to finish off my back to school purchases. Unfortunately i could not find the item in the colour i required. Riaan went back and forth with other Woolworths stores to try and find it. Which he did. The most incredible part is him getting back to and reassuring me of where the product is and when i can collect at all times. He also took the liberty to call me back and find out if i had received the package at the store. He is an absolute shining star. Thank you Riaan, it is truly employees like yourself that make a person's day and we as Woolworths' loyal customers always go bacm to our favorite store.
