Best customer service

It is very important to give a complement when it is due. Early this year I visited Woolworths in Vincent Park East London before valentine's day to buy few valentine's gifts for my stuff members, I surprise to find out that the don't have enough stock then I call one of the store assistant by the name of Themba (that was my best move of I may say) he promised to call me as soon as he get my order ready as i was rushing for a meeting later on he called me as he promised and I went to the shop and I got everything I needed few days after valentine's day he called and ask "how was my valentine's day and were everyone happy with their gifts" I felt so special. Yesterday 03 march I visited the store again I was so jealous when I found out that he does that to everyone talking to everyone he even recognized me from the long line and wave hello. Thank you Woolworths for hiring people like Themba.
