BERRIES DUO - ROTTEN

We bought x2 berries duo packs on 3 December 2020 that same afternoon the berries started to become rotten. I would like to get a full refund since one container costs R89.99. I also sent an email to complaints to "***" on Saturday 5 December 2020 and still no response. Resolve this thanks
