Being sent from pillar to post

<p>All I want from woolies is my store card so that I can do some Christmas shopping .I lost my store card,went to the Maponya Mall branch to pay my account and have the card blocked.</p> <p>The card was blocked but payment wasn't taken becsuse they told me in order to pay I needed a card so they'll apply for a new card on my behalf.</p> <p>Still waiting for a card,i sent numerous emails to the wfs email address,i am being told I need to pay my arrears of R84.00 .I tried paying that R84 but couldn't coz I don't have a card.now my son can't get Christmas clothes because of woolies incompetence</p>
