BEING IGNORED

I have sent 2 emails on line to Woolworths Customer Care which have been ignored - my complaint is the shoddy way in which their items look after washing - I have always and only bought all my underwear from them. Three months ago I bought cotton panties but now the elastic around the waist and legs has pulled apart - I may mention these do not come cheap for a widow - to date no one has had the decency to reply to me - please assist me
