Being FORGOTTEN on hold....

If there was ever a time I wish I could reach through the phone and slap someone, today would be the day!<br> <br> I phoned WOOLWORTHS SA (Cresta branch) to query the status of my returns. On the phone and the lady doesn't seem very interest in helping me and says she will call me back on Monday and let me know, because the Head Office is closed today, Friday 28th August (lies I'm sure). She hasn't asked for any details so I know she won't phone on Monday, as she won't know who to phone. So I ask her to please tell me what cell phone number they have on their system for me. She then says she will go chec...<br> <br> I waited over 5 MINUTES...closer to 10 MINUTES...then another lady comes on the phone to ask if I've been help. I say I'm waiting for Londiwe, \Oh"she says"
