Being debited twice for the same order

I placed my order with them on the 13th November, I was debited...... I got debited again on the 17th November for the same order, went to the store for complaints of being debited twice for the same order, the say money will reflect within 3-5 of working days, it never reflected... Went back again after 7 days they told me the same thing..... Even today I am still waiting for my order. I am so disappointed with woolworths online.
