BEGGING for a paid up letter

I have been requesting for my paid up letter. My account was handed over to Nimble. It was settled on the 05th February and Nimble sent a request for Woolworths to give them the go ahead and issue the letter. 10 days later Woolworths is quite...dead quiet!
