Beggars in the store

I was peacefully shopping when some man out of nowhere came to ask me to buy him maize meal or top him up so he can buy. After a reluctant conversation lasting about 3 minutes I gave him some money hoping he'd leave me alone. Instead he started now harassing me with ***ual comments. Until eventually he left. I spoke to a staff member who assured me they always chase them out when they see them, but my experience lasted over 5 minutes. Where was the staff? Does Woolworths Sanridge not have security? Very upsetting.
