been handed over for a account tha has been closed

I was approved for a woolworths store card 5 years ago. the card was paid up and cut up. I took it back to the store in midrand. Today I get a e-mail saying I was handed over by Woolworths for an account that was paid up4 years ago. whn calling the call centre no one can help me. I was transferred up n don till a gentlemen by the name of alister assist me. this is not on I need answers from woolworths.<br> <br> ****ed
