Beef ribs were actually Pork!

I had purchased beef ribs R124,99 from woolworths.<br> <br> I cooked them and when I was ready to eat it turned out to be pork ribs.<br> <br> The next day I took the ribs back got my refund. But I was unhappy for 2 reasons.<br> <br> 1. Gershwin a store clerk had tried to argue with me that it was beef.<br> <br> 2. The manager Jean was apathetic and unapologetic about the issue. I asked for a regional managers email address to which Jean rep**** that there was none.<br> <br> I am appalled that I spend a premium at woolworths and received below grade product and moreover such a mistake is inexcusable and has wasted much of my time. <br> <br> All beef ribs should be recalled an rechecked.<br> <br> I await feedback.
